Getting Registered

We’ve added your name to the agenda and will provide a special link for you to use on the day of the event.  We’ll open the platform for ticket holders viewing a few days before the event so we’ll make sure to let you know. If you have friends or colleagues who want to register they can  join here. Once you’ve registered the conference sessions will convert to appear in your local time zone.

Promote Your Session:

We encourage you to promote your participation in the event. Attached are your speaker cards, which you can use to share on social media and other platforms.

What’s Next?

• Guidelines for a Successful Session: We will email you comprehensive guidelines and suggestions on lighting, background, and microphones to ensure a smooth and professional session.
• 3 Weeks Before the Event: You will receive a link where you can upload all the materials for your session, including PowerPoint presentations, images, and videos.
• Rehearsal and Briefing: We will schedule an optional rehearsal date to go over the session details and answer any questions you may have. This is a great opportunity to familiarize yourself with the platform and ensure everything runs smoothly.

Day of the Event:

• Check-In: We ask all speakers to check in with us 30 minutes before your scheduled session time. This will give us a chance to address any last-minute issues and ensure you are ready to go. There will be a green room where you will have a mic and video check before we go live.
